Terms of service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Welcome to Rivellux. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products (together, the “Services”). By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Services. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

1. Who We Are

Rivellux is an online store specialising in high-pressure, water-saving shower heads and bathroom accessories. You can reach us anytime at teamrivellux@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

By using the Services you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Products and Orders

We work hard to display our products accurately, but minor variations in colour or finish may occur between the images on your screen and the product you receive. Product videos and images are illustrative.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or delivery restrictions. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

We may limit the quantities of any product available for purchase, and we may withdraw any product at any time.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, if any, are displayed at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which are processed securely by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card details.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at that price. We will contact you, and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery methods, costs, and estimated timescales are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed dates. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct — we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provided; ownership passes once we have received full payment.

6. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Rights)

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Our Returns & Refund Policy explains exactly how to do this and when return postage is covered.

Separately, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we sell must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Nothing in these Terms affects these statutory rights.

7. Product Use and Safety

Our products are designed for standard residential shower installations and must be installed and used according to the instructions included with the product. They fit standard shower hose connections but are not suitable for all systems (for example, certain electric showers). We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification of the product, or use with incompatible plumbing.

8. Faulty Products

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or fails under normal use, contact us at teamrivellux@gmail.com and we will put it right through repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and our Returns & Refund Policy.

9. Our Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability to you in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, or for business losses (we supply our products for domestic and private use only). Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the price you paid for it.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including the Rivellux name, logo, text, images, videos, and design — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content to our store, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and share it in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm your content is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove content that we consider unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with the security or proper working of the store, to scrape or harvest data, to place fraudulent orders, or to infringe the rights of others.

13. Complaints and Disputes

We would much rather solve a problem than argue about one. If you have any issue, please email us first at teamrivellux@gmail.com — most concerns are resolved within a few days.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you may also be able to use the government-backed Online Dispute Resolution process or an alternative dispute resolution provider. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim before the courts.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live; disputes may otherwise be subject to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this section affects your rights as a consumer to rely on the mandatory laws of your home country.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version, and changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
