Welcome to Rivellux. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products (together, the “Services”). By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility

By using the Services you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Products and Orders

We work hard to display our products accurately, but minor variations in color or finish may occur between the images on your screen and the product you receive. Product videos and images are illustrative.

Your order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email, which is when the contract of sale is formed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

We may limit the quantities of any product available for purchase, and we may discontinue any product at any time.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which are processed securely by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card details.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you paid.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed dates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping address you provided. Please make sure your address is complete and correct — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your shower. Our Returns & Refund Policy, available on our website, explains how to return a product and receive a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your state.

7. Product Use and Safety

Our products are designed for standard residential shower installations and must be installed and used according to the instructions included with the product. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification of the product, or use with incompatible plumbing.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

If your product arrives defective or fails under normal use, contact us at teamrivellux@gmail.com and we will make it right through replacement or refund as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you — in that case, any implied warranties are limited to the shortest period permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivellux will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

All content on our website — including the Rivellux name, logo, text, images, videos, and design — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content to our store, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share it in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm your content is your own, is accurate, and does not violate anyone’s rights. We may remove content that we consider unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with the security or proper working of the store, to scrape or harvest data, to place fraudulent orders, or to infringe the rights of others.

13. Dispute Resolution

We would much rather solve a problem than argue about one. If you have any issue, please email us first at teamrivellux@gmail.com — most concerns are resolved within a few days.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, you and Rivellux agree that the dispute will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. Some jurisdictions do not permit these limitations; in that case, they apply to the maximum extent allowed.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Rivellux operates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your state of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version, and changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
