Shipping Policy

We ship across the United States, and every order is trackable from our warehouse to your door.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping to the United States takes 7–15 business days from dispatch. Most orders arrive well within that window, but delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed dates — carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods can occasionally add a few days.

We currently ship to all 50 states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take slightly longer than the standard estimate.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment — no surprises.

Tracking Your Order

You can follow your package at any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that tracking may take 2–4 business days to show its first update after dispatch — this is normal.

If your tracking hasn’t moved in more than 5 business days, write to us at teamrivellux@gmail.com and we’ll locate your package with the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

             Hasn’t arrived? If your order hasn’t been delivered within 10 days after the estimated window, contact us and we’ll either locate it or send you a free replacement.

             Arrived damaged? Take a photo of the package and product and email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

             Marked as delivered but missing? Check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us within 7 days and we’ll help you resolve it with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we’re unable to redirect a package once it has shipped, and we can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately at teamrivellux@gmail.com; if the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it.
